These Terms & Conditions govern your use of firstclasstravel.us and the travel advisory and booking services provided by FirstClassTravel.us. By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or services.
Our role
First Class Travel is an independent travel concierge and booking intermediary. We are not an airline and do not operate flights. We arrange the purchase of airline tickets on your behalf; the transportation itself is provided by the airline under its own conditions of carriage, which govern your flight. All airline names, logos, and trademarks referenced on this site belong to their respective owners; their appearance does not imply endorsement or partnership.
Quotes, fares & availability
Fare quotes are based on live availability at the time of quoting and are not guaranteed until ticketed. Premium-cabin fares are capacity-controlled and can change or sell out without notice. Sample fares displayed on this website are illustrations of recently quoted negotiated fares, include taxes unless stated otherwise, and are subject to availability.
Payment & ticketing
Payment is collected securely at the time of booking. Upon ticketing you will receive an airline-issued e-ticket and confirmation code that can be verified directly with the operating airline. You are responsible for reviewing your itinerary and confirming that passenger names match travel documents exactly.
Changes, cancellations & refunds
Changes and cancellations are governed by the fare rules of the ticket purchased, which your advisor will disclose before booking, together with our Refund Policy. Some negotiated fares carry different rules than published fares — including different change fees or refundability — and these will be communicated in writing before payment.
Travel documents & requirements
You are responsible for holding valid passports, visas, and health documentation required for your itinerary. We may provide general guidance, but requirements change; verify with the relevant embassy or official government source before travel.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FirstClassTravel.us's liability in connection with any booking is limited to the service fees paid to us for that booking. We are not liable for airline schedule changes, cancellations, delays, baggage issues, or other acts or omissions of the airline or third parties, though we will always assist in resolving them.
Website use & intellectual property
Content on this website — text, design, and graphics — is owned by or licensed to us and may not be reproduced without permission. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to breach its security, or submit false information through our forms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York, NY.
