Our story
First Class Travel began in 2012 with a simple observation: the people paying the most for air travel were getting the least personal service. Booking sites treated a $15,000 First Class ticket exactly like a $150 shuttle hop — same search box, same hold music, same shrug when something went wrong.
We built the opposite: a small desk of premium-cabin specialists with direct airline relationships and access to negotiated, unpublished, and consolidator fares that never surface on public booking engines. No inventory of our own, no pressure to push one carrier — just deep fare knowledge applied to your exact trip.
14 years on, the desk has grown, but the model hasn't. One advisor per client. Phones answered by people who know the difference between the old First and the new suite on the aircraft serving your route. And fares that make travelers double-check the cabin letter on the ticket.
We are an independent travel concierge — not an airline, and not affiliated with any carrier. Airline names appear on this site because our specialists book them daily; every ticket is issued by the airline itself and verifiable directly with the carrier.
