Inside the Emirates First Class experience
No airline has done more to define what modern First Class means than Emirates. On the A380, the experience begins with a private suite trimmed in burl-effect paneling and warm gold, and culminates in the famous Shower Spa: two full bathrooms with heated floors where passengers book a thirty-minute slot, five minutes of it under hot running water. Between courses of unlimited caviar and pours of vintage Dom Pérignon, guests wander back to the onboard lounge for a cocktail at the bar. It is unapologetically theatrical, and it works.
The newest 777-300ERs carry an even more private product: fully enclosed suites with floor-to-ceiling doors, virtual windows for the middle suites, video-call service buttons, and a NASA-inspired zero-gravity seat position. Only six suites occupy the cabin, arranged one-one-one across, giving each guest a room rather than a seat. Mercedes-Benz collaborated on the design details, and the sense of occasion is closer to a private jet than a commercial airliner.
Dining is order-anytime rather than trolley-driven. Caviar arrives with mother-of-pearl spoons whenever requested, the wine cellar carries verticals of Château Cheval Blanc and aged Hennessy Paradis, and pajamas are moisturizing Hydra Active sets. Emirates serves more US gateways with First Class than any other international carrier, which keeps availability comparatively generous for well-timed bookings.

On the ground
Emirates operates dedicated First Class lounges across its US gateways and an entire First Class concourse wing in Dubai, where passengers board the A380 directly from the lounge. Complimentary chauffeur-drive service covers both ends of the journey, and Dubai's dedicated First Class check-in area moves guests from curb to lounge in minutes. The Dubai lounge includes à la carte dining, a cigar room, wine cellar tastings, and spa treatments.
